My approach is not to put you on a "diet" in the traditional sense. Diets don't work. If you want to achieve sustainable change, you need to create an entirely new lifestyle by learning new, healthy eating habits. No counting calories.

When you sign up for one of my plans, we will work together gradually so you can learn what foods are good for your body and which ones aren't. I'll teach you how to shop, and how to fit eating healthy into your busy schedule. And, I'll teach you some fantastic recipes to combine new foods together into healthy meals you'll actually crave!

I also offer a full range of dietary supplements that can help you if you're not getting everything you need from the food you eat. And, if you'd like, I offer muscle testing so we can see the tangible effects of this new lifestyle you've made for yourself.

The best part? There's no need to count calories or anything like that. Remember, it's all about the food! When you eat healthy just 80% of the time, you can eat pretty much whatever else you want, whenever you want, the rest of the time. And you can still look and feel amazing.

You should know that every program I teach is specifically tailored to you and your individual lifestyle. It's about your body, your dietary needs, even your specific blood type. My programs are also optimized to how aggressive you want to be. Your success in achieving a new way of living will come mostly from within, and it depends on how committed you are and how far you want to push yourself. It's got to be a team effort! That's why I call myself a health "coach". We'll work together. I will teach you how to do it, but the more effort you put into it, the more you will get out of it.
