It's easy to get started on the journey to looking and feeling amazing again. All you need to do is contact me for an initial consultation. I'll send you a quick questionnaire to fill out that tells me all about who you are, what your current situation is, and what your goals are. Then, it's time for us to schedule a one-hour introductory session over the phone, on Skype, or in person (if desired, if you live close enough to my place of business).

In our first meeting, we will get to know one another as we talk about your current health situation (including any medical conditions) and your past eating and dietary habits. We will also discuss your expectations for the future, and we'll start to identify goals and a specific plan for you to achieve them. I will teach you how to eat healthy, including what food you should be eating and which ones you should avoid. And I'll give you some customized recipe ideas that will give you tips on how to combine foods together into delicious healthy meals.

After the initial consultation, you can feel tree to call, text or email me with questions or for additional advice. After a few weeks, we'll meet again for a half-hour follow up where we can discuss your progress and talk about where you are on the road to achieving that healthy new lifestyle you're seeking.

With just an initial consultation and a brief follow-up, I can teach you some wonderful new habits and help set you on the path toward a new and different life. But, let's face it, to truly create a new lifestyle takes a long-term commitment. And, I'm here to help.

We can get together for additional follow up sessions as often as you'd like. That way, I can coach you as you go along and give you all the advice, help and support you need to achieve your goals. If you're in the area, one or more of our follow up sessions can be converted into a trip to a local grocery store so we can work together to identify healthy foods you might like and ways to combine foods into delicious recipes that fit your dietary needs and your busy lifestyle.
